Do you need to return or exchange a product?
It is very rare that you would receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping please, first, notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will then reply with return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without first contacting us.
Most items are non-returnable due to the health nature of the item; however, we may be able to offer you a credit towards your next purchase on a case-by-case basis.
For shipped items, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the damaged item along with specific details regarding the damage. You will also need to notify the shipping carrier (US Postal Service, USPS, Fed-Ex, etc). At the time of delivery, please do not accept delivery of any damaged packages and note any damage at the time of delivery signature.
Within thirty days of your order, if any product proves to be defective, please notify us immediately. Please do not return any merchandise without first speaking with us. After receiving defective merchandise, we will test it if needed, and will ship back to you a non-defective item.
All our batches are triple checked and third-party lab tested for quality and consistency. In the very rare event that a product is recalled, we will make an announcement to our approved vendors and customer network. If you believe you have a recalled product, please notify us and wait for instructions. You will receive a replacement product at our expense.
